Ottawa, ON – C’est Bon Cooking will once again offer week-long Teen Chef cooking classes this summer in its ByWard Market kitchen location on Dalhousie St. for children aged 12 to 17.

 

There will be 4 weeks offered in total - two in July and two in August. The camps have been popular for a number of years, but this year they’ll get an added twist to help young, budding chefs understand the entire food production process.

Ottawa, ON - Founder and Owner of C’est Bon Cooking, Chef Andrée Riffou, will pass the torch of her beloved company to Chef Georges Laurier and his partner, Stefanie Siska, on Feb 15th.
